This varied session includes 30 minutes of high intensity interval training in squats, lunges, single leg jumps, sit ups, etc., using body weight, kettle bells and dumb bells, and more so you don’t get bored. These training sessions really help develop a nice shapely, toned rear end and will sculpt your abs and blast away that belly fat.
